Vacation is a very enjoyable, especially those held holiday with family, friends and coworkers. Changing seasons cause changes in weather and health around you.
Here are some tips on healthy holiday:
When you need to cough or sneeze, Cover with a sleeve or the inside of your sweater or jacket. That will prevent the spread of the virus to those nearby.
- Wash your hands regularly after using the toilet, before eating, and after blowing your nose.
- Use air kiss or a kiss on the cheek instead of a kiss on the lips when greeting family and friends.
- Always use a spoon or a fork that has not been used by someone else and been washed clean.
- Not using other people wow beverages or bottled drinks that do not belong to you. Because you do not know if your friend was infected by the disease.
- Bring a hand sanitizer and use it before you eat any food or touching your face, especially nose and mouth. This will help protect you against viruses.
- Make sure you get enough sleep to maintain a strong immune system.
- If you have a cold or the flu, stay home until you feel better in order to maintain the health of families and your friends from the disease.
